Halo: Reach in Chuck

Quick question, is the second season of Chuck out yet? I can’t remember what happened in the last episode of the first season, but I know I was looking forward to it for months. Seeing the post on Destructoid reminded me about the whole, “So when in Chuck season 2 coming out? Or is it already out?”
So anyway, according to Nick Chester from Destructoid, who is apparently a fan of NBC’s action-comedy Chuck, “there’s no doubt that the producer of the show are the kings of product placement.” And I …

A gamer’s table, an arcade within…

“Why go with an ordinary coffee table, when you can get one with a complete media center PC and arcade gaming system built-in,” says Technabob. Well, I can answer that question but I’m gonna pass just this once.
There’s no doubt about it, surface tensions’ Arcane arcade table not only looks great, it’s functional! For gamers at least, kinda.
What’s in this “gamer’s table” we speak of? For one, there’s a hidden Shuttle XPC and a 19 or 26-inch LCD screen under the glass surface. Hardware aside, the system has over 100 …

Poking fun at Guitar Hero

A little humour can go a long way, or either ways for that matter.

This reminds me of a conversation I had with Isabelle. I swear, she says the weirdest shit sometimes. Basically there was mention of jamming and she said she jams. I was surprised really, then she said she plays the Guitar Hero. That’s when I kinda felt like strangling her. So yeah, no jamming with Isabelle.

Gears of War fans raised $150,000 for charity!

If you game, you probably can afford it. And what better way to proof it then to show the numbers?

Microsoft Game Studios and Epic Games revealed at PAX 2010 that the “Fate of Carmine” campaign, which also determined the in-game fate of Gears of War 3′s new recruit, raised over $150,000 (I suspect it’s in USD) for charity! (And if I may add, the campaign only started in July.)

Kratos walks the streets of Atlanta

Deep down, I am but an Otaku waiting to break out. And finally, after months of confinement, it is time.

Having little to no time to really test out games… the next best alternative to populate this blog is to share my knowledge of animes! And boy do I love them.
Without further ado, I present to you…

Terrorist, we are not, guns me like

Living in a country, where guns are a big no-no, I have this deep dark secret of owning one – the male part of me. Apart from wanting to be a fairy Princess, I’ve imaged myself being a secret agent. Fighting crime, being undercover and yes, being a hero(ine). With the gun in place, it kinda makes up the whole picture.

Playing McDonald’s Monopoly this year?

Monopoly is a classic, and McDonald’s is the fast food joint everyone knows about. Think about it, it only makes sense (and a matter of time) that they come up with something that links the two together, no? Well, they did. And in 2004, they went online!

Fat Princess: Quick look

Ever since the World Cyber Games 2009, two months or more back, I kinda went into hibernation mode once again. Yes, it’s not the first time, but who can really blame me right?
Think about it. If none of my hardware supports the kinda game I play, what can I play? Besides, even if it did support, I don’t have anyone to play them with either. The games I play kinda requires a crowd, which makes it more than three, a lot more.
I would go for console, but I kinda gave …

The new PSP (to) Go?

Making my way, while dragging “him” out of the game console shop, wasn’t an easy task. But what had to be done, had to be. “He” was just too eager to get a new portal device to go gaga over and I on the other hand know he could live without one. Furthermore, while passing the shop, I heard someone say that there was gonna be a new PSP on the block. So why get the old if the new is on its way?
And it seems it’s not just something …
