I’ll be in Australia (Perth) for the next couple of days – will be back on Tuesday at 5.35am. Anyway.
Through impulse, I bought Team Fortress 2 (TF2) via Steam, installed it and suffered the legendary blue-screen-of-death when entering Egypt map. It was quite saddening really. Considering that it cost me (I think) USD19.90.
I got a little hooked to Blackshot when I played a pub. 3 v 3 at TGX during the launch (compliments of Garena). I also installed the game, but unfortunately, my Xiaobai can’t seem to support it either. …

I’ve heard a lot about Left 4 Dead but have never actually tried it out for myself. It was an eye-opener experience for me really, having to watch people compete right before my eyes – yes, the WCG Singapore 2009.
I see shooting, I see zombies but I just don’t “see” how the game is being played. It’s confusing really. Too much action too little explanation.

Team Fortress 2 can be played competitively too? Surprise, surprise! (The biggest surprise is that Priss is plays it, a medic, and her team got 2nd place! Can you imagine that? Anyway, that’s not the point I’m getting at.)
I paid more attention to the TF2 match instead of the Counter-Strike one this year (mainly cause Priss was playing). I had my bet on anomaly really, but sadly they lost to VCO, which was also deserving of course (even though I had no idea how TF2 works anyway).

Remember years ago when GBR took on ELM, won the match, and with a blink of an eye became one of the top Counter-Strike clans in Singapore?
History never fails to repeat itself and this time gameSENSE rose victorious from no-where (well, at least I’ve never heard of them). Yesterday, during the WCG 2009, Asian Championship, Singapore National Finals, they were crowned Singapore’s new Counter-Strike 1.6 champions!
